Need ideas for a student tech. contract

Hi All. I've been "in charge" of running the mobile carts in my school. I have been looking to put together a student contract with using the mobile carts. I had one but it was WAY TOO LONG. I have over 1300 kids in my school and about 30% or more are ELLS. Does anyone have a contract that they would be willing to share?
