Share 'NYSTL HARDWARE ORDERING...'

I am having a very hard time ordering stuff from Famis under my NYSTL HARDWARE monies. Is anyone else having this problem? It has rejected student desktops and printers. As far as I know those were considered hardware in the past. I don't know if it's my secretary or what. Can anyone out there PLEASE HELP!!! I would greatly appreciate it.... SAMANTHA :-D
